Élan landscape design & build offers a free consultation to explore your options. We meet with you at your site to discuss your needs, ideas, and budget. As a supplement to our meeting we bring our portfolio of various projects for you to review. Based on the scope of your project, the conditions of your site, and your budget, we are able to give you a ballpark estimate at the end of this first meeting.

If you decide to work with us we will provide you with a proposal which includes a design or concept drawing (upon request) and a description of the construction process. Each stage in your project is broken down into sequential phases: demolition, hardscaping, planting etc. In order to give you a clear idea of how we arrived at the ballpark estimate, we list separate costs of labor, materials, and equipment for each phase. The text of the proposal itself will help you to understand, phase by phase, how the project will proceed once begun.
